Here is a website with all of the Caryll runes in the game listed. Caryll runes are etched into the mind with a ritual tool and altar in order to grant great strength, as they are visual representation of the utterances of the Great Ones.
All known blood gems are listed here. Note the navigation between radial, waning, triangular, etc. These are gems that enhance weapons.
She can navigate and fight without being able to see. She is not able to elaborate as to why, but she theorizes it has something to do with empowering the beast with blood as well as the amount of insight she's accumulated.
